Cases, chargers, and original packaging if you have them — bring them. Adds value to a refurbished unit. If you don't, no problem.
A device still locked to your iCloud, Google account, or MDM is unsellable — the next user can't activate it. We have to treat those as parts-only.
Apple devices: sign out of iCloud, turn off Find My, remove from Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager. Or just do "Erase all content and settings" on each device — that handles most of it.
Android devices: remove the Google account, factory reset, then check on a SIM-free start that no Google account is required to activate. If it asks, the device is still locked.
MDM devices (Intune, Jamf, Kandji, AirWatch, Hexnode): release them from the MDM dashboard before collection. Some MDMs auto-wipe on release; some need manual.
Can't release them? Tell us. We'll quote them as parts-only. Frame, screen, battery, camera modules — the parts have value, just less than a working device.
Powers on, full function, screen unbroken. Best resale, best estimate.
Phone works, screen cracked or shadowy. Common. We replace the screen, refurbish, resell. Discounted offer.
Repairable faults. Often worth more as a repaired refurb than as parts.
Won't power on, severe damage, locked. Parts have value — screens, batteries, frames, cameras.
